FEELING STUCK?
Whether you're a part-time painter, a full-time novelist, or anything in-between, all artists get stuck, overwhelmed, or just need a creative re-charge now and then.
We will give you the tools to unstick your stuckness.
Our workshops combine creative writing techniques, meditation, and gentle yoga to help you cultivate the creativity within yourself, trust your intuition, and let your ideas take root.
These few hours will transform your creative work. We've seen big breakthroughs happen over and over again in these workshops. And it's because we're working WITH the creative mind rather than struggling against it.

![]() Robin began practicing meditation at seven years old and has been teaching yoga and meditation for six years.
Her approach to teaching is grounded, practical, and infused with warmth. Her art is filmmaking. She works as a producer, director, and an actor. You may have seen her recently in a Portland Opera commercial. She recently assistant-directed a feature length film called The Falls: Covenant of Grace, which premieres in Seattle this October and will be released on Netflix and other streaming services mid-December. "My mind was set free."

"I left feeling refreshed and inspired."
- Shelly Parini
"Trista and Robin are a great combo. This is a great way to work through potential artistic blocks, or any blocks for that matter. Others I talked to afterward were surprised where their writing went and felt full of ideas and creativity. I did as well. Try not to have expectations or think too much. Just breathe. And attend this workshop!"
- Jeff McAlpine
"This class shows you the way to remove tension in your body and mind so that the creative juices may flow."
